The roast pork is delicious and everything else always tastes very good! Well organized and consistently good quality during lockdown times!

-Eating is great and not too little 👍 -Price is normal 💰 Tonight I decided on the two-course Advent menu, starter and main course. When I picked up the food I had ordered, the extremely friendly lady at the serving tent informed me that my menu had been increased from 2 to 3 courses as a gift! Thanks, the speculoos tiramisu was great too :)

My favorite Bavarian restaurant! Nice restaurant, great duck, nice service. Often full, so it's best to reserve.

Nice service and the food is good. The salad dressing was pretty sour, you could taste the vinegar very strongly, which wasn't really mine.

Very cozy, Bavarian restaurant ... with super nice wait staff, a very rustic landlord and great Bavarian food. The menu is written in Bavarian dialect and there is nothing exotic but delicious Bavarian delicacies in large portions. Hardly to get a place without a reservation !! We always like to come back ...

Good Bavarian cuisine, always nice wait staff and great when the weather is nice with children. Very nice playground and different animals (chickens, rabbits, horses) to look at.

Very good and beautiful Bavarian restaurant. If you want to eat good Bavarian food, this is definitely the place to be. That’s good and there’s a fitting atmosphere. The way out of here is definitely worth it.

Been there for a long time. Great roast pork with delicious dumplings, the schnitzel from the pan is a pleasure. The 1/2 duck was average good and plentiful.

Very nice service. The food was okay, the meat of my duck was good, only the sauce tasted kind of burnt. The roast pork was good average, but here too the sauce lacked taste. The salad was fresh and dressed.

Underground. The schnitzel is adapted from the deep fryer and thus the meat quality. The salad -> see photo, old and brown. The duck was warm and dry. Canned red cabbage. Service overrated This result reflects the quality of the past few years. What a shame

An old and pretty famous place in the area. Started doing good business in 1897, and the current house was built in 1950. When I visited on 4th of June 2020, the menu was not very big, three kinds of Schwein Fleisch and couple of vegetarian options and duck meat. The sweet made of elder flowers was really good. I liked their food and salad. They have a big outside and inside space in the mid of farm lands. There are also stories about two families who made this and always married eachother, and that when they bought these lands, the land was not very good, and people worked really hard to make it what it is today. The place has all the required ingredients of a Bavarian beer garden.

Great Restaurant and great service

All you expect from a traditional Bavarian restaurant. Good food (Schnitzel, Schweinebraten, Knödel, Haxn, Händl, Beer :)). Enough place to sit inside and at summer time in beer garden. As the location is where remote their is no problem parking (so your options are car, bike, walking/hiking). What I really like is that it's not trying to be a hipster/posh place, but ground to earth place for all ages!

Shortly before the earned company vacation nor the steam noodle used. As always a huge and very good steaming day with a sea of ​​vanilla sauce. That's how the weekend starts off well. The sour sack was also well sized with lots of onions. For my taste a bit too little vinegar, but still very satisfied. Absolute recommendation!

What great food there is here, everything is just right. Super friendly service. The host receives an immediate family. It makes you feel welcome, it's like coming home. I rarely felt so welcome in a restaurant like this. Portions are plentiful, quality and price performance superhammer, you do not have anywhere.

Excellent food! The salad alone had hidden treasures underneath, of potato salad and thinly sliced radish. Great atmosphere. Chef was very nice. Gave us a lovely small beer glass as a souvenir to take back to America.

This place really is good. Good beer, excellent food, just make sure you can read Bavarian for the menu (they have English/French/Italian menus too). It is difficult to find, out in the country, but definitely worth finding!

The best Bavarian restaurant we have patronised so far. The menu is in hard Bavarian language, not high German. It was fun decoding what Spofake (Spanferkel or suckling pig), for instance, is. Every single dish, we ordered, including dessert, is really, really authentically delicious. It was very satisfying to lunch there, the service was great, the waitresses were very friendly and attentive (they asked if we wanted more sauce for our duck and pork knuckle). There's ample free parking space.
